1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sabbati platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), which is owned and operated by BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sabbati is a biblical study platform that provides tools including but not limited to: Bible reading in multiple versions and languages, AI-powered biblical chat and analysis, multi-denominational theological perspectives, verse of the day reflections, gospel and prophetic harmony studies, audio Bible, and character studies. Certain features use artificial intelligence ("AI") technology to generate content.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Sabbati utilizes AI technology (including large language models) to generate reflections, analyses, chat responses, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute theological, spiritual, legal, or professional advice.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or theological correctness of any AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content does not represent the views, beliefs, or endorsements of BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. The Company shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
• AI models may produce different responses to the same query and may not always reflect established theological consensus of any denomination.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group.
• Distribute hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that demeans any religious group or denomination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service or its underlying AI systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.
• Use AI features to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or illegal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated and AI-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC. Bible texts are used under their respective licenses and copyright terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain premium features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no reason required. 8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF THEOLOGICAL, HISTORICAL, OR FACTUAL ACCURACY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BHG ABROAD INVESTMENTS AND SERVICES LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BHG Abroad Investments and Services LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Translations

The Service may offer translated versions of its content. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

16. Severability
